The first Sins of a Solar Empire "micro-expansion," Entrenchment, is now available for download -- just over a year after the release of the original. Things have changed a lot in that short period of time, as fans are about to discover.
Entrenchment can be found on Impulse for $9.95, with new content including minefields and starbases. They should bring a nice array of new strategies to the table for Sins fans, who will likely find the ability to actually guard chokepoints a welcome relief from the more freewheeling original.
We've been playing Entrenchment for a couple days now, so stay tuned for our review. You should be able to see our final thoughts in a couple days.
